Dam Triathlon
Kayak Race - 4.6 Miles
The Dam Triathlon starts with a Kayak race. Starting at the beach at Rough River State Park and going around a buoy at the BIG FLAG at Patriots Pointe. Then back to the beach.
Bike Race - 12.2 Miles
The bike race leaves the State Park beach traveling South on Hwy 79 past Cave Creek and back to the State Park beach area. Follow the arrows along Hwy 79.
Running Race - 2.25 Miles
The last phase of the triathlon is the foot race. Contestants run the course mapped out through the State Park. Starting and ending at the beach area.
Overall best time wins the Triathlon!
